Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Delivery

Free home delivery in the capital area.

Shipments outside the capital area are sent by postal order.

All orders are distributed by Íslandspóstur and Íslandspóstur's delivery, warranty and transport terms apply to the delivery of the product.

International shipping is only available on special request by emailing: thegrumpoywhale@thegrumpywhale.com.

The Grumpy Whale is not responsible for any import charges/ taxes or additional costs on international shipping.

Undelivered Orders

If your item is not delivered please get in touch with us and we will get to to you as soon as possible.   

Deadline for Returns

The buyer has 14 days to return the product to us if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

If the product is sealed, the seal must not be broken, a receipt for the purchase must be included.

Delivery cost of returned goods

If the product is returned unused and in the original packaging, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

If a product is defective, shipping costs will fall on The Grumpy Whale.

Refund

If you are dissatisfied with the product you ordered, you may be entitled to a refund or a new product.

Please contact us if there is any of the products.

If the refund is accepted, it will go through the same credit card you used to order the product within 5 days.

Please note that online rates are subject to change without notice. 


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you are not happy with the product. If you need to exchange something, please contact us and we will discuss this with you.
