Fast forward 82 years, and this remarkable story takes an even more fascinating turn. Biggi’s father, Jóhann, continuing the family tradition, bought a Ford for passenger transportation. In an extraordinary twist of fate, he managed to secure the same registration number, U 39. Throughout the winter Jóhann uses the bus to transport the children of the neighboring fjords to school and during the summer he offers tours to visiting tourists.
